Split Squad.

On Tuesday (3/6/2012) the Royals won over the Padres 7-4 with a split squad. The Royals got one in the first on a sac fly from Jeff Francoeur. Then in the third thy got two more with RBI's from Jeff Francoeur and Johnny Giavotella. In the forth the Padres got two to pull within 1 but in the bottom of the forth the Royals got a run on a solo shot from Max Ramirez. In the sixth the Padres scrod a run to get back within one again but then in the bottom of the sixth Max Ramirez hit another home run this time a three run jack. And the royals won the game 7-4. The Royals are now 3-1 on spring training. In the AL they are tied with the Mariners for third 0.5 games back of the Red Sox and 1 Game back of the Tigers. In the Cactus League they are tied with the Mariners .05 games up on the Reds, Angels and Dodgers.
