Royals on a roll.

On Thursday (9/15/2011) the Royals got two in the first in the inning Melky Cabrera hit a solo home run but then in the third the White Soxs got a run making it 2-1 but in the fifth the Royals got a run to make it 3-1 in the sixth the White Soxs made it 3-2 but in the the Royals got 3 in the seventh and 1 in the eighth and go on to win 7-2. With the win the Royals are now 65-86. In the central they are forth 4 games up on the twins, 10 games back of the Indians and White Soxs and 23.5 games back of the Tigers.

Player of the game: Melky Cabrera (Royals) 4-5, a home run and a RBI
Pitcher of the game: Jeff Francis (Royals) 6 innings, 8 Hits, 2 runs, 2 walks and 2 RBI's.

Win: Jeff Francis.
Lose: Mark Buehrle.
Note: With Melky Cabrera getting his 40th double as an outfielder the 2011 Royals become the first big league team in baseball history to have three outfielders with at lest 40 doubles in one season.
