On Tuesday (9/20/2011) Alex Gordon hit a lead of home run and the Royals were just getting started in the forth the Royals got six and Eric Hosmer got a three run shot then in the fifth the Royals got two more on a Salvador Perez home run and the Royals go on to win 10-2. With the win the Royals are now 68-87. In the central they are forth 7.5 games up on the Twins, 7.5 games back of the White Soxs, 8 games back of the Indians and 21.5 games back of the Tigers.
