Royals fall but one funny thing.

On (07/26/2011) the Royals lose 13-9 in the loss Melky Cabrera and Alex Gordon both hit home runs and Mitch Maier (an outfielder) pitches a scoreless eighth inning. But with the loss the Royals are now 43-60. In the central they are fifth 12 games back of the Tigers, 10 games back of the Indians, 7.5 games back of the White Soxs and 4.5 games back of the Twins.
